GHCF us social media accounts to help foster a broad community based engagement for child rights advocates interested in supporting our work of creating a better future for children.

As GHCF we encourage discussion on our social media posts and welcome questions, comments, and even criticism. However, we ask that all interactions are kept civil and respectful.

As GHCF we reserve the right to remove/hide any comments or block any users that violate the following guidelines:

1. Be kind and respectful. We are an organization deeply focused on fostering a culture of belonging and are also committed to creating a safe space for dialogue within our social media community. Disagreement is welcome, but civility is required.

2. Do not spread misinformation. As a humanitarian organization, we do not support the spreading of misinformation across social media platforms. Any messages that are false or misleading will be removed.

3. Hate speech or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Save the Children reserves the right to delete comments that violate this guideline by degrading anyone based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, culture, or identity.

4. Stay on topic. Respectful comments and discussion are welcomed but should be relevant to the nature of Save the Children’s work and children’s rights overall.

5. No spam, please. Spam, bot comments, self-promotion, or irrelevant links will be removed.

6. Any engagement that violates the community rules of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or LinkedIn will be reported and removed.

At GHCF we focus on changing the way the community treats children, and we’re using accountability, collaboration, creativity and integrity to do it. Our staff, volunteers and partners don’t just abide by these standards – they live them. Because our mission is not just what we do – it’s who we are. Learn more about our values.
